Requesting a Refund or Credit for a Test Lead Charged as a Real Lead

If you believe a test lead was mistakenly billed as a real lead, you may be eligible for a refund or account credit. Follow the steps below to resolve this billing issue.

Eligibility

  • A test lead is any lead created while you are logged into your Roth Blueprint account and performing workflow tests for your funnel or CRM integration.

  • You should not be charged for test leads if you are logged in during testing.

  • If you notice a test lead was billed as a real lead, a credit or refund can be issued upon review.

How to Request a Refund or Credit

Gather Information
Note the date, time, and details of the test lead you believe was charged in error.

Contact Support
Email hey@rothblueprint.com with the subject 'Test Lead Billing Issue'. Include your account email and details about the test lead.

Wait for Review
Our support team will review your request. If confirmed, a credit will be added to your account and applied to your next bill.
Credits are typically applied to your next bill, reducing your payment amount. Refunds to your payment method are rare and handled case by case.
