Requesting a Refund or Credit for a Test Lead Charged as a Real Lead
If you believe a test lead was mistakenly billed as a real lead, you may be eligible for a refund or account credit. Follow the steps below to resolve this billing issue.
Eligibility
A test lead is any lead created while you are logged into your Roth Blueprint account and performing workflow tests for your funnel or CRM integration.
You should not be charged for test leads if you are logged in during testing.
If you notice a test lead was billed as a real lead, a credit or refund can be issued upon review.
